Cupcakes and Balloons design printed on a transparent adhesive vinyl with high quality solvent inks.

This vinyl is completely transparent any background underneath will show. This vinyl is best used over a white base for the best vibrancy. 

 You will receive a 12x12 inch sized sheet that can be used on tumblers and other hard and smooth surfaces. If used on top of resin, make sure it is not a sanded surface to prevent cloudiness under the vinyl. You must apply over a smooth glossy resin surface for best results.
